Initial consultation fees vary depending on the complexity of the matter. Standard consultation rates are UGX 150,000 per hour for individual matters and UGX 250,000 per hour for corporate matters. We provide a fee estimate before your consultation. Notary Public services have fixed fees as listed on our Notary Services page.

Initial consultations typically last 60-90 minutes, depending on the complexity of your matter. This allows sufficient time to understand your situation, provide preliminary advice, and discuss next steps. Follow-up consultations are usually shorter, typically 30-60 minutes.

Yes, we offer video consultations via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet for clients who cannot visit our office in person. Phone consultations are also available for brief matters. Please indicate your preference when scheduling your consultation.

We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday). For urgent matters, please call our direct line. Response times may be slightly longer over weekends and public holidays.

We accept bank transfers, mobile money (MTN Mobile Money and Airtel Money), and cash payments. For corporate clients, we can issue invoices for payment within agreed terms. All fees are subject to applicable taxes.

Yes, secure parking is available within Ntinda Complex. Please register at the security gate upon arrival. There is no charge for client parking during consultations.
